Team Notifications

Notify your team by email when your company page publishes a new post on LinkedIn.

Overview

When your company page publishes a new LinkedIn post through LinkedGrow, every member of your team receives an email with a direct link to the post on LinkedIn. That's the entire feature.

LinkedGrow does not like, comment, repost, or take any action on LinkedIn on team members' behalf. Each team member opens the post on LinkedIn themselves and decides individually whether and how to engage.

Team Notifications is available on the Business plan.

Why this exists

If your company page publishes a post, your team members usually want to know - they may want to engage organically, share it inside their network, or simply stay aware of what marketing is putting out. Without a notification, they miss it.

This feature is a thin notifier on top of company page publishing. Nothing else.

Requirements

  • A Business plan on LinkedGrow
  • A team set up under Team in the dashboard
  • The team owner's account connected to the company page (Settings > LinkedIn > posting target)

How it works

  1. The team owner publishes a post to the company page through LinkedGrow
  2. LinkedGrow detects the post and queues notifications for every other team member
  3. Each team member receives an email with a preview of the post and a View on LinkedIn button
  4. Clicking the button opens the post on LinkedIn

No automated action happens on LinkedIn. No queued likes, no auto-comments, no auto-reposts. Just an email per member, with a link.

What members can do

When a team member clicks View on LinkedIn from the email, they land on the post in their own LinkedIn session. From there, they can read the post and decide on their own whether to react, comment, repost, or do nothing. All engagement is fully manual, on LinkedIn, from their own profile - exactly as it would be if a colleague had Slack-pinged them the URL.

Important notes

  • Team Notifications is an email notifier. It does not perform any action on LinkedIn for any user.
  • Only company page posts trigger team notifications, not personal-profile posts.
  • Removing a team member instantly stops them from receiving Team Notifications.
