It contacts them too

Sales Navigator Alternative: Finding Is Not Contacting

Sales Navigator shows you who is out there. Then somebody still has to write. LinkedGrow does both halves. It reads your website, watches LinkedIn daily for the people who buy from you, and then opens the conversation from your own account with a note built from what they actually posted. No second LinkedIn subscription.

Quick answer

What is the best LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternative?

LinkedGrow, if what you need is conversations rather than searches. Sales Navigator costs $89.99 to $159.99 a seat and finds people without contacting any of them. LinkedGrow is $99 for the workspace, sources leads daily and opens the conversation from your own LinkedIn account.

Sales Navigator pricing, and what it costs next to LinkedGrow

Sales Navigator is priced per seat, and all three tiers include 50 InMail credits a month. Checked on 29 July 2026. Pricing moves, so confirm on their own page before you decide anything.

Sales Navigator

CoreMonthly $119.99Annual $89.99

Per seat. Advanced search, saved searches, lead lists, 50 InMail credits.

AdvancedMonthly $159.99Annual $149.99

Per seat. Adds the team and reporting features.

Advanced PlusMonthly Quoted

Priced on seat count and integrations. No public number.

LinkedGrow

ProMonthly $99 a month

The workspace. Daily sourcing, scoring, the full sequence, the agent AI, and 2 connected accounts.

BusinessMonthly $179 a month

3 connected accounts, teams, the public API and the MCP server.

Pro at $99 sits just above Core on annual billing and below Advanced, and it is the one that writes and sends. If your seat is producing lists that nobody has time to work, the money is already being spent on the half that does not close anything.

Two halves of the same job

Sales Navigator is a search engine over LinkedIn's data. LinkedGrow is an agent that acts on what it finds. Comparing them feature by feature misses that.

  • Finding people

    Sales Navigator

The deepest filters available, saved searches, alerts and lead lists. Nothing matches it.

    LinkedGrow

Daily sourcing against a profile read from your website, with the post that surfaced each lead attached.

  • Contacting them

    Sales Navigator

Nothing automated. You write every message, and 50 InMail credits a month is the extent of the sending.

    LinkedGrow

Visit, like, invitation with a note from their own words, one message, one follow-up, then stop.

  • What happens on a busy week

    Sales Navigator

The searches keep running and the list keeps growing, unworked.

    LinkedGrow

The sequence keeps running at the pace the account can carry, inside your office hours.

  • Price

    Sales Navigator

$89.99 to $159.99 per seat, and Advanced Plus is quoted.

    LinkedGrow

$99 for the workspace on Pro, $179 on Business, with the agent AI included.

Sales Navigator is the best search on LinkedIn, and only that

Nothing else has the same access to LinkedIn's own data. The filters go deeper than public search, saved searches alert you when somebody new matches, and lead lists keep the whole thing organised. As a research tool it is genuinely without equal.

What it does not do is anything after you find somebody. You still open each profile, still decide what to say, still type it, still remember to follow up next Tuesday. The 50 InMail credits are the only sending included, and even those are written by hand.

So the honest description is a very good telescope. It shows you exactly who is out there, at $89.99 to $159.99 a seat, and then the work starts. Most teams that cancel it do so because the searches were excellent and nobody had time to act on them.

The half that turns a list into conversations

LinkedGrow starts where Sales Navigator stops. You give it your website address, it works out who buys from you, and it watches LinkedIn every working day for those people. Anyone engaging with a competitor, asking about your problem in public, or newly in the seat that owns it.

Then it acts. A profile visit, a genuine like, an invitation carrying a note built from something that person actually wrote, one message once they accept, one follow-up, and a stop. Every reply cancels the rest and lands in a single inbox with the original post beside it.

It also runs from your ordinary LinkedIn account, so there is no second LinkedIn subscription inside the price. The agent works your own profile at the pace it has earned, inside your office hours, from a dedicated address that never changes.

Keeping both, which many people should

These are complements more than substitutes. Sales Navigator is where a salesperson does deliberate research on a named account, builds a map of who reports to whom, and reads before a meeting. That is a human job and a good one.

The agent covers the volume half: the steady weekly flow of people who just became relevant, approached while it still matters. If your Sales Navigator seat is mostly generating lists nobody works, replacing it is reasonable. If somebody genuinely researches in it every week, keep it and let the agent handle the rest.

Core is $119.99 a seat monthly and $89.99 on annual billing. Advanced is $159.99 monthly and $149.99 annual. Advanced Plus is quoted. All three include 50 InMail credits a month, and every tier is priced per seat.

That depends on what you use it for. As a search engine over LinkedIn's data it has no real equal. If what you actually want is conversations rather than saved searches, LinkedGrow does the finding and then does the contacting, which Sales Navigator never has.

No. It surfaces people, saves searches and alerts you to changes, and then you write every message yourself. The 50 InMail credits are the only sending it includes, and they are manual too.

Not for the agent to work. It runs from your ordinary LinkedIn account, so there is no second subscription in the price. Plenty of people keep Sales Navigator for their own manual research, and the two do not interfere.

Pro is $99 a month against $89.99 to $159.99 a seat, so they are close on the headline and one of them also writes and sends. Comparing the two on price alone understates it, because they cover different halves of the same job.

Finding, then contacting

A list nobody works is not a pipeline.

Give the agent your website address. It finds the people who buy from you, writes from what they posted, and opens the conversation from your own LinkedIn account, without a second LinkedIn subscription.
