Understanding the Dashboard

A complete overview of the LinkedGrow dashboard, navigation, stats, quick actions, and how features are organized by plan.

Dashboard overview

When you log in, the dashboard is the first thing you see. It gives you a snapshot of your LinkedIn content activity and quick access to all tools.

Stats grid

At the top of the dashboard, four stat cards show your activity:

  • Total Posts - All posts you have created (drafts, scheduled, and published combined)
  • Drafts - Posts saved but not yet scheduled or published
  • Scheduled - Posts queued for future publication
  • Published - Posts that have been sent to LinkedIn

These numbers update in real time as you create, schedule, and publish content.

Quick actions

Below the stats, four shortcut buttons help you jump straight into creating:

  • Generate Post - Opens the AI post generator to create content from a topic
  • Write Post - Opens the editor for manual post creation
  • Repurpose Content - Convert articles, Reddit posts, or YouTube videos into LinkedIn posts
  • Get Ideas - Browse AI-generated content ideas for your niche

Recent posts and upcoming schedule

The bottom section of the dashboard shows:

  • Recent Posts - Your last 3 posts with status badges (Published, Scheduled, or Draft) and dates
  • Upcoming Schedule - Your next 3 scheduled posts with exact publish times in your timezone

The left sidebar provides access to all features:

Feature gating

Every new account starts with a 7-day trial that runs the whole product, agents included. A card is taken at signup and charged when the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. After that there are two plans:

  • Pro, $99 a month - 2 agents finding and messaging your leads every working day, each on its own LinkedIn account and its own dedicated IP, plus unlimited posts, carousels and scheduling on your own AI key
  • Business, $179 a month - everything in Pro with 3 agents, seats for your team, A/B testing on your posts and team reporting

Extra agents are $49 a month each on either plan.

When you try to access a feature not included in your plan, you will see a friendly prompt explaining what the feature does and a link to upgrade.

API key setup reminder

If you have not configured an AI provider yet, a banner appears on the dashboard encouraging you to set up your API key. Once you add a key and select a model, the banner changes to a green "AI Provider Connected" confirmation message.

Dark mode

LinkedGrow supports light, dark, and system-following themes. You can change the theme in Settings under the theme section, or look for the appearance toggle in the footer of marketing pages.
