14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
LinkedGrow offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscriptions on any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business)
- Both monthly and yearly billing options
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your refund. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
After the 14-Day Window
After the initial 14-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
For yearly plans, if you cancel after 14 days, you retain access to your paid plan for the remainder of the annual period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months on yearly plans.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. Cancellation is handled through the Stripe Billing Portal:
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar
- Click on the Billing section
- Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal
- Follow the cancellation steps within the Stripe portal
- Your cancellation is confirmed via email
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, here is what to expect:
Immediate Effects
- Your cancellation is confirmed via email
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your paid plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period
When Your Billing Period Ends
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- You keep all your existing posts, drafts, and content
- Scheduled posts beyond the Free plan limit (3 posts/month) will be unscheduled
- Features exclusive to your previous plan become unavailable
- Team members lose access if you were on the Business plan
- API keys are deactivated if you were on the Business plan
Your Data
- Your posts, drafts, and account data are preserved indefinitely
- Analytics history remains viewable on the Free plan (limited view)
- If you resubscribe later, all your data and history will still be there
Re-subscribing After Cancellation
If you decide to come back, you can resubscribe to any paid plan at any time:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Choose the plan you want
- Enter your payment details
- Your paid features are restored immediately
All your previous posts, drafts, and content will still be available. If you had voice training data, that is preserved as well.
Canceling During a Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial period, canceling before the trial ends will prevent any charges. Your account will revert to the Free plan when the trial expires.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee:
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Include your account email address
- Mention that you are requesting a refund under the 14-day guarantee
- Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund (optional)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3 to 5 business days.
