Messages and Replies

What the agent writes, how the conversation continues, and when it hands the lead to you.

An invitation on its own achieves nothing at all. The conversation is where the work happens, and it starts the moment somebody accepts your invitation.

The first message

The agent writes to each person individually, from their profile and from what you sell, in the voice you set up. It is short, it does not open with a pitch, and it does not read like a template because it is not one.

Nothing is sent to anybody who scored badly. Contacting everybody is what makes an account look automated and a founder look desperate.

The follow-ups

If somebody does not answer, the agent follows up a small number of times over the following weeks, then stops for good. There is a hard cap per person, and once it is reached that person is never written to again by any of your agents.

When somebody replies

Every reply lands on the Replies page. The agent reads it and decides what kind of reply it is before doing anything else.

  • Ordinary replies it answers itself. A question about what the product does, a "not right now", a polite brush-off. The agent handles these in your voice and keeps the conversation alive.
  • Replies that matter come to you. Somebody asking for a demo, a call, pricing, or clearly ready to talk. The agent stops there and hands over, because that conversation is worth a human.

The Replies page shows which threads the agent is still handling and which are waiting for you, so nothing sits unanswered by accident.

Taking over yourself

Any conversation can be taken over with the Take over button. You are asked to confirm, then the agent stops writing to that person entirely and the thread is yours. This is not reversible for that lead, which is why there is a confirmation step.

What it will not do

  • It will not argue with somebody who says no
  • It will not keep messaging after the cap, whatever happens
  • It will not pretend to be a human if asked directly whether it is one
