Expandi Alternative: Sourcing Included, Per Workspace

Expandi runs the sequence safely. You still have to arrive with the list. LinkedGrow reads your website, finds the people who buy from you every working day, and writes from what they actually posted. Same dedicated residential address per account, same patient pacing, priced for the workspace rather than per seat.

Quick answer

What is the best Expandi alternative?

LinkedGrow, when you want the sourcing as well as the sending. Expandi is $79 to $149 a seat and runs safe cloud sequences against an audience you supply. LinkedGrow is $99 for the workspace, finds the leads daily from your own website profile, and gives each account the same dedicated address.

Expandi pricing, and what it costs next to LinkedGrow

Expandi prices per seat, and the dedicated residential IP is included on the Business plan rather than sold separately. Checked on 29 July 2026. Pricing moves, so confirm on their own page before you decide anything.

Expandi

BusinessMonthly $99Annual $79

Per seat. Smart sequences, image personalisation, webhooks, dedicated residential IP.

AgencyMonthly $149

Per seat. Adds white labelling, multi-account management and consolidated reporting.

LinkedGrow

ProMonthly $99 a month

The workspace. Daily sourcing, scoring, the sequence, the agent AI, 2 connected accounts with a dedicated address each.

BusinessMonthly $179 a month

3 connected accounts, teams, the public API and the MCP server.

For a single seat the two land within $20 of each other, and one of them also finds the people. The decision usually turns on the second seat rather than the first, because Expandi multiplies where LinkedGrow does not.

Where the two actually differ

Both run in the cloud, both give an account its own address, both pace themselves. The difference is upstream of all that.

  • Who builds the audience

    Expandi

You do, from Sales Navigator, an export or a purchased list.

    LinkedGrow

The agent, every working day, from the profile it read off your website.

  • How the price scales

    Expandi

    $99 a seat monthly, $79 annual, $149 for agency. A team of 5 is $495 a month.

    LinkedGrow

Per workspace. $99 on Pro with 2 connected accounts, $179 on Business with 3.

  • Dedicated residential IP

    Expandi

Included, one per account. One of the reasons Expandi keeps accounts alive.

    LinkedGrow

Included, one per account, bound to the country you pick and kept for the life of the account.

  • Sequence design

    Expandi

Smart sequences with branching on accepted, viewed and replied, plus image personalisation.

    LinkedGrow

One deliberate path: visit, like, invite, one message, one follow-up, stop on reply.

Expandi got the safety part right

Credit where it is due. Expandi runs in the cloud rather than in a browser extension, gives every account its own dedicated residential IP, and paces sending rather than sprinting. Those three choices are most of what separates a tool that keeps accounts alive from one that burns them, and plenty of cheaper products get all three wrong.

Smart sequences are genuinely good too. Branching on whether somebody accepted, viewed or replied is the right way to build an outreach flow, and the image personalisation still gets attention when it is used sparingly.

What Expandi does not do is decide who belongs in the sequence. You arrive with the audience, from Sales Navigator or a scraped export or a purchased list, and the tool works it. For a business filling its own pipeline, that missing half is the half that takes the time.

The half LinkedGrow adds

You give the agent your website address. It reads the site, proposes who buys from you, and you correct it in one screen. From then on it watches LinkedIn every working day for those people: anyone engaging with a competitor, asking about the problem you solve, or newly in the seat that owns it.

Every lead comes back with the post or comment that surfaced it, and that is what the message is written from. Two people with the same title at the same company get different openings, because they wrote different things. A sequence branching on behaviour is useful, and a first line that quotes somebody accurately is what earns the behaviour to branch on.

The safety model is the same shape as Expandi's, because there is only one correct shape. Dedicated residential address per account in the country you choose, warm-up that belongs to the profile rather than the campaign, one daily budget shared across every agent on that account, and sending confined to your own office hours.

The per-seat question

Expandi charges $99 a seat monthly, or $79 on annual billing, and $149 a seat for the agency tier. A team of 5 running their own accounts is $495 a month at list price. That model makes sense for an agency billing each client separately, and it makes much less sense for one company where three people need to see the same pipeline.

LinkedGrow prices the workspace instead. Pro at $99 covers 2 connected LinkedIn accounts and whoever needs to log in, Business at $179 covers 3, and additional accounts are an add-on rather than a multiplier on everything else.

The Business plan is $99 a seat monthly and $79 on annual billing, with smart sequences, image personalisation, webhooks and a dedicated residential IP. The Agency plan is $149 a seat and adds white labelling and multi-account management.

LinkedGrow, when the bottleneck is deciding who to contact rather than running the sequence. Expandi is a strong cloud sender with its own dedicated IP per account, and it still expects you to arrive with the audience.

Yes, the same principle. Every connected profile gets a dedicated residential address in the country you pick and keeps it, because an account seen from a new address each week is what triggers a review. It is in the price rather than a plan feature.

On one seat, $99 for the workspace against $79 to $99 a seat is close. The gap opens with a second person, since Expandi multiplies per seat, and it opens further once you count what building the list currently costs you.

Technically yes, but never from the same LinkedIn account. Two tools sending from one profile means neither can see the other's daily count, and that is the fastest way to a restriction. One account, one sender.

The safety model, plus the sourcing

Same dedicated address. It also finds the people.

Give the agent your website address and it works out who buys from you, watches for them daily, and opens the conversation from your own account. One price for the workspace, AI included.
