Templates and Branding

Use carousel templates and customize branding settings to create professional, on-brand LinkedIn carousels.

LinkedGrow includes a collection of pre-designed carousel templates to help you get started quickly. Templates provide a professional starting point that you can customize with your own content and branding.

To use a template:

  1. Open the Carousel Generator
  2. Click the Templates tab in the side panel
  3. Browse available layouts (tips list, how-to guide, comparison, storytelling, etc.)
  4. Click a template to load it into the canvas
  5. Replace the placeholder text and images with your own content

Templates save time by handling the layout and design decisions for you. Focus on your content while the template ensures it looks professional.

Branding settings

The branding panel lets you apply your brand identity across all carousel slides. It includes the following settings:

Logo toggle

A toggle to show or hide your logo on carousel slides. The logo itself is set in your account-level branding settings (available on the Business plan). The carousel branding panel does not have a file upload -- it simply controls whether your account logo appears on slides.

Profile Picture (Avatar)

Set the profile picture that appears on your carousel slides.

Handle

Set the handle text displayed on your carousel slides.

Website

Set the website URL displayed on your carousel slides.

Brand colors

Set your primary and secondary brand colors using a color picker or hex codes. These colors are used for:

  • Slide backgrounds
  • Text headings
  • Shape fills and borders
  • Accent elements

Customizing templates

After loading a template, everything is fully editable:

  • Change text content, sizes, and colors
  • Select fonts per element using the element properties panel
  • Swap images with your own uploads or AI-generated images
  • Add, remove, or reorder slides
  • Modify layout positions and element sizes
  • Adjust background colors and patterns

You are not locked into the template structure - think of it as a starting framework you can modify as much as you want.

Saving designs

Click Save to store your carousel design for later. Saved carousels appear in the "My Carousels" tab where you can:

  • Continue editing a saved design
  • Duplicate a design to create variations
  • Delete designs you no longer need

This is useful for creating a library of reusable templates specific to your brand.

Best practices

  • Create a brand template - Design one carousel with your exact colors, fonts, and logo placement, then duplicate it for each new carousel
  • Keep branding consistent - Use the same colors and fonts across all your carousels for brand recognition
  • Test readability - Preview your carousel at mobile size to make sure text is readable on small screens
  • Use high-contrast colors - Light text on dark backgrounds (or vice versa) ensures readability in LinkedIn's feed

Plan availability

Carousel templates and branding settings are available on the Business plan.
